The location is superb.
The room was very, very dirty, including hairs in the bathroom and stains on the sheets. Breakfast was very poor. Some services did not work well, such as the Internet. All this is unacceptable for a room in this price range.

The location is very good. The first impression is good.
The smell of paint in the hall and bedroom. They did not seem to know we had a booking from you.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in South Mumbai, and I can't recommend it enough! the location was spot-on for exploring the city. It was right in the heart of a bustling area with a beautiful atmosphere, and it was also close to all the major tourist sites. Secondly, the attention to detail at this hotel was impressive. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided top-notch service, making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the nice shower in my room. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and gave me the perfect start to my day of exploring.

Good touristic location (Colaba, near Taj Mahal hotel).
Standard of cleaness and quality below any (even Indian) standards! After check-in I got bed sheet used by some previous guests (!) and when asked to be changed for new one the personnel was not happy to do so, and finally after long discussion ("this is not 5* hotel, sir!") they promised to change it for new one after 6.00 pm... Extremely poor (two choices only) breakfast served on the hallway... They charge you in eur (!) and invoice in inr, check carefully exchange rate! Very dirty, awful hotel. do not stay tehre.

The staff at reception were courteous and helpful, as were the other hotel employees.
We were not comfortable with some of the other (I believe) regular guests at the hotel, who were loud and displayed a lack of manners and consideration for fellow guests. The breakfast can be improved. The toast was spongy. Fresh fruit juice should be served as standard.

A good surprise upon entering my room at Regent Colaba. The sunny side view flooded the room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The friendly staff provided really good service throughout my stay. The prime location made exploring the area easy. Despite a few minor glitches with the WiFi, I was overall satisfied with my experience.

The hotel is located in a lively passage area near the market, with many places to shop around. the housekeeping staff is friendly and always ready to go the extra mile. the personnel tried their very best and even lent a room to have a quick nap.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing.

The location is fantastic. Stuff helpful and friendly, Price is very good. the room was spacious , the bed excellent.
There is no wi fi in rooms, and hardly in the "lobby" (there is no lobby , just a coach at the entrance...). Breakfast is very modest, breakfast hall is clustered between narrow walls and guest rooms, quiet strange but still OK.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the Gateway of India (2mins walk) and 1min walk to The Taj Hotel. One famous street food called Bademiya is just 2 minutes walk from this hotel. If you are going to book for this hotel, please request for the room facing the roadside. early in the morning, you can hear birds singing and enjoy early morning Mumbai view. If you wish to use the internet for free, you can go down to the hotel lobby and only 1 laptop is available to share.
No free wifi. Internet is chargeable.
